International Sales & Business Development (Experienced)

Role Overview

We are seeking high-caliber sales professionals with a proven track record in the biotech or chemical sectors. You will drive global market expansion, manage strategic accounts, and lead complex commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business development and secure long-term global contracts.
  • Manage a portfolio of international key accounts and provide technical consultations.
  • Execute pricing strategies and lead negotiations on Incoterms and contractual agreements.
  • Represent P&K International at major global trade shows and industry conferences.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in international B2B sales (Biotech/Chemical/Food Science preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or International Business.
  • Professional-level English fluency; a second language (German, Spanish, or Mandarin) is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of global logistics, payment methods, and regional compliance.

Production & Process Engineer

Role Overview

Responsible for overseeing our botanical extraction lines. This role combines hands-on equipment operation with process optimization to ensure the highest yield and quality of our natural extracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently operate and maintain extraction, concentration, and separation equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and optimize production workflows for efficiency.
  • Author and update SOPs and production documentation in compliance with GMP standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D to scale up new products from pilot to commercial production.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the plant extract or botanical industry.
  • Expertise in operating and maintaining industrial-scale production machinery.
  • Familiarity with international quality management systems (ISO/GMP).
  • Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

R&D Scientist / Analytical Chemist

Join our core innovation team to perform high-precision analytical testing and develop new products. This role requires rigorous scientific methodology and mastery of advanced chromatography.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine and complex analysis using HPLC, UV-Vis, and other lab instrumentation.
  • Utilize HSCCC and Column Chromatography for the purification of bioactive compounds.
  • Design and execute experimental protocols for urgent research projects and new product lines.
  • Perform literature and patent research to support IP development and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Analytical Chemistry, or Organic Chemistry.
  • Proficiency in HPLC, HSCCC, and standard physical/chemical analysis.
  • Strong logical thinking and the ability to process complex scientific data.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a research environment.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

Focus on optimizing our global supply chain by managing vendor relationships and driving cost-efficiency through strategic negotiation and digital transformation.

  • Manage vendor communications and ensure the timely execution of procurement plans.
  • Identify and qualify new global suppliers to build a stable and reliable supply chain.
  • Execute price negotiations and sourcing strategies to reduce TCO and improve quality.
  • Drive procurement digitalization and optimize workflows within the ERP system.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business.
  • Professional experience in procurement, preferably in the chemical or biotech sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
  • Proficiency in ERP software and a proactive approach to process improvement.
